  All of the following Hot Entrees are served with a tossed salad and two dressings on the side. We require 24 hours notice and a minimum of 10 people per entree. Paper supplies are extra. See Delivery Policy for details.

Poultry, Beef and Pork Hot Entrees

Barbecue Spareribs: The best in smoked ribs, topped with barbecue sauce. Cut individually or in small portions. Served with potato salad or cole slaw.   $13.95 per person.

Corned Beef and Cabbage: An Irish tradition. First cut corned beef brisket served with potatoes, cabbage and carrots. Mustard and butter on the side.   $13.95 per person.

Chicken Cordon Bleu: Large fresh chicken breast stuffed with Virginia baked ham and provolone cheese. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $13.95 per person.

Chicken Cutlet Parmesan: Breaded chicken cutlet with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $13.95 per person.

Chicken or Beef Stroganoff: Served with Shiitake mushrooms over rice. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $13.95 per person.

Fajitas, Chicken: Grilled strips of chicken, with green and red peppers and onions seasoned with southwestern spices. Served with lettuce and tomato, cheddar and provolone cheese blend. Flour tortillas, sour cream, salsa and pica de gallo. (Guacamole is .50 extra per person)   $14.95 per person.

Fajitas, Combo: Grilled strips of chicken, beef and shrimp with green and red peppers and onions seasoned with southwestern spices. Served with lettuce and tomato, cheddar and provolone cheese blend. Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad: Classic Caesar salad topped with grilled chicken strips tomatoes, onions and fresh mushrooms. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $9.95 per person.

Grilled Lemon Chicken: Fresh grilled chicken served over rice with a creamy lemon sauce. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $13.95 per person.

Honey Spiral Ham: Classic spiral pre-sliced honey baked ham (see photo). Served Cold with dinner rolls and potato salad.   $9.95 per person.

Lasagna: Our Italian specialty! Meat, Vegetarian or just our Four Cheese. Layers and layers of meat or vegetarian lasagna made the way only a New Yorker would understand. Italian bread and butter is served on the side.   $13.95 per person.

Meat Balls and Pasta: Our own meatballs served in tomato sauce with penne pasta. Spaghetti may be substituted. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $13.95 per person.

Penne Alla Vodka: Popular classic Italian dish prepared with fresh tomatoes, simmered with garlic, basil and Italian Ham with vodka and cream, then tossed with penne pasta. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $14.95 per person.

Pulled Pork Barbecue: Our North Carolina special. Served with Kaiser rolls and cole slaw.   $10.95 per person.

Pulled Chicken Barbecue: First cousin to our Pulled Pork Barbecue. Another North Carolina special. Served with Kaiser rolls and cole slaw.   $10.95 per person.

Quesadillas: Large flour tortillas stuffed with chicken, cheese and pica de gallo. One per person, cut into four pieces. Served with our own Spanish rice.   $13.95 per person.

Sausage and Peppers: Grilled Italian sausage links, red and green pepper strips, and grilled onions. With or without tomato sauce. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $10.95 per person.

Turkey Dinner: Fresh turkey with all the trimmings. Stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce and dinner rolls.   $13.95 per person.

Jumbo Lump Crab cakes: Perfectly seasoned, then broiled, Maryland Style Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. These crab cakes will be the best you ever tasted. Two served per person along with Kaiser rolls, cole slaw and our own tartar sauce.   $17.95 per person.

Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp or Crab Meat: Traditional Alfredo with shrimp or crab meat. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $15.95 per person.

Grilled Swordfish with Tomatos and Peppers: Grilled six ounce swordfish steaks with tomatoes and peppers served over rice. Tartar sauce and lemons served on the side. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $15.95 per person.

Grilled Tuna Steaks: Grilled six ounce tuna steaks served over rice or with salad nicoise. Tartar sauce and lemons served on the side. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $15.95 per person.

Jambalaya: A New Orleans specialty! Shrimp, chicken and sausage in a seafood red sauce served over rice. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $13.95 per person.

Seafood Supreme: Shrimp, crab meat, and cheese filled tortellini served in a creamy seafood sauce. Italian bread and butter served on the side.   $15.95 per person.
